Jeff has been in Real Estate for over 14 years and has been Owatonna's top producing agent for over 11 years, winning the prestigious Centurion award for the past 10 years.
Thru continuing education, and maintaining a visible profile in Owatonna's business community, Jeff is able to not only stay on top of Owatonna's market, but the Real Estate Industry as a whole.

Jeff & Dan Teamed up in 2002 to provide full time full service Real Estate with impeccable service. They concluded that as a team they could provide the best availability to their clients by covering for one another when the other was booked. As a result either Jeff or Dan are almost always available.
The goal of “The Owatonna Team” is to have service 24/7/365. Jeff & Dan have over 25 years combined Real Estate experience and continue to improve themselves through continued education and product knowledge courses every year.
“The Owatonna Team” started North Bluff Estates, a development that offers many amenities their clients expressed were important to them.i.e. Sidewalks, steel siding, size requirements etc.
